On March 4th, Historic Venue 1902 in Sanford, Florida came to life in the most magical way as we welcomed our booked couples for an unforgettable evening at Your Story, Your Style — a special wedding vendor showcase designed to inspire, connect, and celebrate the next chapter of their wedding planning journey. 

This exclusive event invited our booked couples back to the venue to explore thoughtfully curated design themes throughout the space while meeting an incredible lineup of talented wedding professionals. From photographers and caterers to florists, live painters, ceremony musicians, and unique specialty vendors, the evening was filled with creativity, collaboration, and excitement.

Each area of the venue offered a different design perspective, giving couples the opportunity to envision how their own wedding day could take shape.

Timeless Elegance – The Ballroom

Upstairs in the ballroom, guests stepped into a romantic interpretation of Timeless Elegance. Soft ivory drapery framed the room while sage green and rich espresso accents added warmth and depth. Flickering candlelight filled the space, creating an intimate and classic atmosphere that felt both refined and inviting. This design showcased a timeless aesthetic perfect for couples who love understated luxury and graceful details — a look that felt beautifully at home within the historic architecture of Venue 1902.

Matcha & Merlot – The Garden

In the ceremony garden, the palette shifted to something bold and captivating with Matcha & Merlot. Deep merlot tones paired with fresh matcha greens created a striking color story that felt both dramatic and romantic. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the garden,

this design highlighted how rich colors and lush floral textures can transform an outdoor ceremony space into something truly unforgettable.

Whimsy & Wildflowers – The Commons

Downstairs, the venue burst into life with Whimsy & Wildflowers. Bright colors, playful florals, and eclectic details filled the common areas, creating a joyful and imaginative atmosphere. This design celebrates couples who want their wedding to feel expressive and full of personality — a vibrant celebration that blends romance with creativity.
